TumbleKids — Ages 3 to 5

TumbleKids includes basic gymnastic skills, ball/sports skills, rhythmical activities, socialization and more. Children will gain confidence in their abilities while strengthening and learning new skills. This is a great starter class to take before entering the world of recreation and competitive sports.

TumbleKids Kamp — Ages 3 to 6

Give yourself a break this spring by giving your little ones a whole week of fun mornings with Miss Muriel. "Kampers" will enjoy sports, games, gymnastics, crafts, songs, and so much more, in a positive, safe environment.

Dance & Gymnastics


Ballet & Tap Classes — Ages 5 to 9

Ballet/Tap is an hour combination class that focuses on the fundamentals of each discipline. Barre work and combinations will be taught as well as an introduction to leaps and turns. Dancers will learn fun choreography!

Ballet Technique — Ages 10 to 18

Ballet is an artistic dance form performed to music, using precise and highly formalized set steps and gestures. Dancers will learn light, graceful, fluid movements, and ballet vocabulary. Classes will focus on balance, control, strength, and flexibility.

Expressive Dance — Ages 2.5 to 4

This one hours class gives an introduction to ballet and tap to the young dancer. Expressive dance is theme and prop-oriented and is on a creative play beginner level.  Your tiny dancer will have loads of FUN!

NEW! FAME Camp — Ages 4 to 18

This is a high energy dance camp that will feature acting workshops. Campers will learn how to conduct themselves at a modeling/casting call. Campers will learn ballet, lyrical, and jazz funk choreography. There will be a camp showcase on the last day of camp.

Jazz Funk Classes — Ages 5 to 18

Jazz Funk focuses on current dance moves set to today's popular music, always age appropriate. Balance, control, strength, and flexibility are concentrated on at each class. Dancers will learn FUN Jazz Funk choreography!

This class explores a free, expressive style of dance based in ballet. Explore the fusion of ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance techniques. This Lyrical / Modern class focuses on the expression of strong emotion and individual style.

This class concentrates specifically on tap technique. Dancers will have fun fusing tap with jazz, salsa, swing, belly dancing, and other forms of dance, for a global creative choreography experience!

Meditation Classes — Ages 15+

Join us for a journey through Mindfulness, Mandalas, and Healing Chakras, with Jana Krause.  Meditation is the practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualization, the breath, movement, or attention to oneself, in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth.

Morning Pilates with Lynn — Ages 16+

Pilates offers all the benefits of strengthening the core while lengthening and toning the entire body. You will feel the amazing difference in just one class, but after three classes you will have firmer muscles, a tighter stomach, and the confidence to stand taller. After six classes you’ll have improved muscle flexibility, reduced body tension and stiffness, and increased balance and coordination.

Evening Pilates with Paula — Ages 14+

Strengthen and tone all of the body's core muscles through targeted exercises. This class is appropriate for all levels of students, and incorporates bands and weights. Pilates Plus classes combine Tuesday and Thursday Pilates classes with Saturday Yogilates classes.

Morning Yoga with Lynn — Ages 16+

Start your morning feeling energized, relaxed, and ready to take on the day, with morning yoga classes with Lynn Spoor! Postures in this class will help tone, lengthen, and strengthen your muscles. Meditation and deep breathing exercises will help relax you, and prepare you for the day ahead!

NEW! Yoga with Kids — Ages 3 months to Adult

Yoga with Kids incorporates quality stretching and bonding with your young one. Please bring yoga mats and a towel.

Yoga & Yogilates with Paula — Ages 14+

Yoga classes will get you energized while building strength and flexibility! These classes link breath and movement while keeping you present as you move gracefully in and out of poses. Yogilates gives you the benefits of Yoga and 
Pilates in one class. This class will integrate the core strengthening of Pilates, with the breath work of Yoga poses, leaving you in an energized, yet peaceful state of being.
